Paul Oddi is a highly experienced lawyer specializing in personal injury and insurance litigation, with a client-centered approach that prioritizes achieving the best possible outcomes. Paul has earned a reputation for his expertise, professionalism, and dedication. He also serves as a mediator, using a solution-focused approach to resolve disputes effectively.

Paul's Story
Paul received an Hons. B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of Western Ontario in 1993, a Masters Degrees in History from McMaster University in 1994, his law degree from the University of Windsor in 1997 and was called to the Bar in 1999. Following the completion of his studies Paul moved back to his hometown of Brantford, joined Lefebvre & Lefebvre LLP as an associate, and became a Partner in 2007. Since 2012 Paul has served as a Ontario Superior Court of Justice Deputy Judge. In January 2025 Paul decided to open his own law firm.

Paul practices insurance litigation with a heavy emphasis on personal injury and wrongful death cases. He also has extensive experience representing people who have been denied disability insurance and mortgage insurance claims by their own insurance company.

Paul began his mediation practice in January 2024. As a mediator, Paul brings a vast array of skills to each mediation. He can address complicated legal positions and find creative solutions to move issues forward. Employing the Harvard based mediation method, Paul will convey ideas and ask questions in a way that keeps parties focused on a solution. Throughout the process. Paul will remain neutral and impartial.

Paul has devoted many years of service to Brantford and Brant County. He has been very active with the Brantford Jaycees (JCI), the Brant United Way, the Rotary Club of Brantford, Nova Vita Family Services and Participation Support Services. He is also a member of the Brant County Law Association, Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the Ontario Deputy Judges Association. In his spare time, Paul enjoys biking and fishing and spending time with his wife and three kids.​
